2. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the KiwotHire waitlist or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contractual obligation to use or purchase KiwotHire. We will use the information you provide solely to notify you about launch updates, early access, and related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, spam, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiwotCloud OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, as the court of first instance.
